Homeowners and property managers would know that the maintenance of the roof is just as important as any other part of a building. Painting the roof not only keeps the whole building in good condition but also ensures the longevity of the property. Over time, exposure to intense sunlight, strong winds, and intense rain can take a serious toll on your roof, leading to possible delamination and fading of coatings.
The entire roof was high pressure washed to remove delaminating coatings, dirt, grime, and laitance. The entire surface was prepared by scouring with a scouring pad to promote adhesion of coatings and rusted areas, once clean, were treated with Hydromet Rust Converter.
Two coats of Hydro C5 – a unique, self-crosslinking acrylic anti-corrosive coating with a life expectancy of 10 years was applied.
