A project that appeared to be an easy job had a lot more hidden than expected, from extensive waterproofing issues to Alkaline Burn, Moisture Ingress, Coating Delamination, the end result speaks entirely for itself.
Due to the waterproofing and moisture ingress related issues, weekly moisture readings had to be conducted to ensure the remedial repairs and substrates were completely cured prior to the application of any coatings to ensure optimum results and longevity.
Working in conjunction with KFD Wilkinson Consulting Engineers and the Indawo Group, the project undertook just four months to complete, despite the sudden change in the weather conditions.
